1. Overview
Arnett Evans & Company LLC provides professional insurance consulting services for Medicare, pre-retirement planning, and related advisory work. Because our work involves personalized recommendations, research, and advisory sessions, our fees are generally non-refundable once services are delivered.
However, we understand that circumstances may arise where a refund or credit may be appropriate. This policy outlines when refunds may be issued, how to request one, and what limitations apply.

Technical Failure on Our End: If a virtual session could not be conducted due to technical issues caused by us, and rescheduling is not possible.

-
You have received the full consulting session or completed service(s).
