By scheduling an appointment with Arnett Evans & Company (AEC Insure), you agree to the following terms. Purpose of Appointment Appointments are for educational consultations regarding insurance products including Medicare plans, individual and family health insurance, life insurance, and other related coverage options. Scheduling an appointment does not create any obligation to purchase a policy or enroll in a plan. Medicare Scope of Appointment For Medicare-related consultations, federal regulations may require a Scope of Appointment (SOA) form prior to discussing specific Medicare plans. This form identifies the types of products you authorize the agent to discuss. Agents may only discuss the products selected on the SOA unless additional permission is provided. No Obligation to Enroll Booking or attending a consultation does not enroll you in any insurance plan and does not affect your eligibility for Medicare or other insurance programs. All enrollment decisions are voluntary. Privacy and Information Security Information provided during scheduling (such as name, phone number, email, and general insurance interests) is used solely for appointment scheduling and consultation purposes. Please do not submit sensitive personal information such as Social Security numbers or medical records through the scheduling form. Call Recording Certain consultations, particularly those involving Medicare enrollment discussions, may be recorded for compliance and quality assurance purposes. You will be notified if recording occurs. Appointment Changes If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please use the link provided in your confirmation email or contact our office as soon as possible. Licensing and Availability Insurance products are offered by a licensed insurance agent. Product availability, benefits, and eligibility vary by state and insurance carrier.
