Cancellation Policy

Appointments Appointments can be booked online through our scheduling system or by calling our office. We offer phone, video, or in-person consultations depending on your location and preference. All consultations are free of charge — no fees, no obligation. Rescheduling or Cancellations We understand life happens. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please do so at least 24 hours in advance using your confirmation email link or by contacting us directly. Repeated same-day cancellations or no-shows may result in limited future booking availability. No-Show Policy If you miss your scheduled appointment without notice, our team will reach out once to offer rescheduling. After two consecutive no-shows, online booking privileges may be temporarily paused. Timeliness Our advisors reserve your full time slot and often prepare plan comparisons in advance. Please be ready 5 minutes early for your call or video session to ensure we can make the most of your time. Privacy & Compliance All consultations comply with HIPAA and CMS communication guidelines. Your personal and health information is confidential and used solely to assist with insurance plan recommendations. Reminders & Confirmation You’ll receive automated email and SMS reminders 24 hours and 1 hour before your appointment. You may confirm, reschedule, or cancel directly through those messages — no need to call unless preferred.
